Kauila is a young (7yo) ʻŌiwi artist, who prides himself on being a dinosaur enthusiast. He enjoys learning about dinosaurs, including the Tarbosaurus. The Tarbosaurus meaning "alarming lizard", was a large, bipedal, predatory dinosaur that lived in Asia about 70 million years ago, during the Late Cretaceous period. It was closely related to the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex.
